- Delivery time may vary based on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or operational delays.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid orders: Free standard shipping.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Shipping charges may be collected in advance before dispatch. This amount is non-refundable if the order is returned to origin due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or an unconfirmed order.

Delivery Delays or Cancellations
An order may be delayed or cancelled if:

- The item is out of stock
- The order confirmation call is not completed
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
