Return & Refund Policy

Voltwalk offers exchanges within 3 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-size products; an unboxing video is compulsory for all such claims.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags and accessories intact, and returned through India Post within 2 days after approval.
If we sent the incorrect size, we cover shipping; for fit-related size exchanges, return and re-shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Refunds are not available for successfully delivered orders, except in exceptional verified cases such as an unavailable replacement.
